Our products help support critical water infrastructures across North America.

Key Responsibilities

·         Setup and operate CNC/ manual machines including lathes, mills, and drilling equipment

·         Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders

·         Measure and inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)

·         Perform machine adjustments to maintain part quality and tolerances

·         Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and report issues when necessary

·         Follow all safety procedures and company policies

·         Support team members and supervisors with production tasks as needed

Qualifications

·         High school diploma or GED required: technical training or machinist certification preferred

·         2+ years of machining experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

·         Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods

·         Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

·         Ability to read blueprints and understand technical specifications

·         Experience with CNC programming or setup is a plus

·         Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Pay and Incentives

·         Starting Pay $17+/hr. depending on experience

·         Production based incentive program that rewards employees for meeting shop performance goals
