Our products help support critical water infrastructures across North America.

Key Responsibilities

·         Assist with manufacturing and production operations

·         Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility

·         Operate basic production equipment and tools

·         Maintain a clean and organized work area

·         Follow all safety procedures and company policies

·         Support team members and supervisors with production tasks as needed

Qualifications

·         At least 18 years of age

·         Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

·         Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical work for extended periods

·         Ability to work effectively as part of a team

·         Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

·         Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor experience is a plus

·         High school diploma or GED preferred but not required

Pay and Incentives

·         Starting pay $17/hr.

·         Production based incentive program that rewards employees for meeting shop performance goals
