Key Responsibilities

·         Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing and facility equipment

·         Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems and preform repairs

·         Respond quickly to equipment issues to minimize production downtime

·         Assist with installation and setup of new machinery and equipment

·         Maintain maintenance logs and documentation of repairs

·         Work with production teams to identify and resolve equipment issues

·         Comfortable working around production equipment and performing physical tasks

·         Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

·         High school diploma or GED required

·         Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred

·         Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability

·         Basic electrical knowledge and ability to read schematics or diagrams

·         Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, or welding is a plus

·         Ability to work both independently and with a team

·         Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Pay and Incentives

·         Starting pay $17+/hr. depending on experience

·         Production based incentive program that rewards employees for meeting shop performance goals
